DESCRIPTION:Camp Collective is Atlanta’s only professional songwriting incubator. Camp Collective provides the relationships\, access\, and learnings needed to holistically support working songwriters’ personal\, creative\, and professional growth. The curriculum is centered around collaborative songwriting sessions\, cultivating an atmosphere of openness and cooperation. By leveraging the relational nature of music business\, Camp Collective sparks networks that pave the way for future writing\, publishing\, and performance opportunities. \nTo maintain a crafted\, intimate\, focused experience\, Camp Collective has limited capacity. Please apply early for consideration. The deadline for applying is May 9. The application for camp is available HERE. \nProduction costs including scholarships for Camp Collective are heavily subsidized by our generous sponsors (Georgia Power\, Fulton County\, GA Council of the Arts\, Kinstone)\, which allows us to run the camp at a discounted rate of just $350 for artists\, which includes: \n\n-3 facilitated writing sessions in a professional studio with an established industry producer \n-One fully produced song to be considered for release on ATL Collective platforms \n-30+ mentorship opportunities from Atlanta’s intermediary and creative professionals \n-Full access to all evening programming including an open mic\, panels\, and inspiring performances \n-Two tickets to an ATL C Preservation Series show in the coming programming year \nUpon request\, we are extending the camp to allow artists to take part in SIX writing sessions with two different sets of collaborators at $700.
